What’s the difference between a leased line and business broadband?
Business broadband is a shared with multiple other which is why speeds drop during peak hours. A leased line is dedicated to your business, so you’re not competing for bandwidth and have guaranteed speeds whatever time of day.
How long does it take to install a leased line?
Installation timeframes depend on your location and the complexity of the connection. We’ll give you a timeline during your consultation and our team will always be on hand to answer any of your questions.
What happens if my leased line goes down?
We monitor our network 24/7 and most issues are resolved without you even knowing its happened. But if something does go wrong you can reach out to our business care team or directly with your account manager.
Can I upgrade my leased lines speed later?
Absolutely. For customers on our network we offer flexible speed upgrades, either as a permanent change or temporary flex for a few months when you need extra capacity.
Do you cover my area?
We provided leased lines across Wales, with additional capacity in south Wales where our own network infrastructure delivers the fastest speeds. We can also arrange connectivity UK-wide through partnerships.
How much does it cost?

Can I get additional services with my leased line?
