Black Friday brings plenty of broadband offers. The right deal should suit your household, show what you will pay throughout the minimum term and explain what is included.
Check every monthly price shown during the minimum term, including the date each price takes effect.

Think about the busiest time in your home.
A lower-speed package might suit browsing, video calls and streaming in a smaller household. A mid-range package might work better when several people stream, game or work from home at once. Larger households with many connected devices might benefit from a higher-speed package.

Full Fibre to the Premises, also known as FTTP, uses fibre optic cable all the way to the property.
Some services described as fibre use copper wiring for the final part of the connection. Look for clear wording such as “Full Fibre”, “FTTP” or “Fibre to the Premises”.

Broadband speed and wifi coverage are different.
Broadband is the connection arriving at your home. Wifi carries the connection from your router to your devices. Coverage depends on the router’s position, the property layout, walls, distance and the equipment being used.
Check which router is included and whether additional wifi equipment costs extra. Ogi residential broadband includes wifi powered by eero, with the router model linked to the selected package.
Check whether standard installation is included and whether work outside a standard installation involves an extra charge.
If One Touch Switching applies, the new provider contacts the existing provider and helps arrange the switch. Keep the current broadband service active until the switching arrangements are confirmed.
Availability varies by address, so complete an address-level check before choosing a package.
