Definitions

“Acceptable Use Policy” or “AUP” means the Ogi acceptable use policy, relating to the use of Services as modified from time to time.

“Agreement” means these terms and conditions our General Terms and Conditions, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Ogi Privacy Policy when taken together, which in the case of conflict rank in the order of precedence listed above.

“Contract Term” means the minimum service period as set out in the Order Form and beginning on the Operational Service Date.

“Equipment” means equipment detailed on the Order Form or placed on a Customer site by Ogi for the provision of the Services.

“Ogi” means any or all of the following entities:

• Spectrum Fibre Limited T/A Ogi, incorporated and registered in England & Wales with company number 12883320 whose registered office is Hodge House, 114-116, St. Mary Street, Cardiff, CF10 1DY. VAT Reg 377 9433 45.
• Spectrum Internet Limited T/A Ogi, incorporated and registered in England & Wales with company number 07849485, whose registered office is Hodge House, 114-116 St. Mary Street, Cardiff, CF10 1DY. VAT Reg 126873689.
• Ogi Networks Limited T/A Ogi, incorporated and registered in England & Wales with company number 03625793, whose registered office is at Hodge House, 114-116 St. Mary Street, Cardiff, CF10 1DY. VAT Reg 713629048.

“Service” means the Services or Service as defined in the Order Form.

“Us” or “We” means Ogi and references to ‘our’ should be construed accordingly.

“You” means the Potential Customer / Trialist and references to ‘your’ should be construed accordingly.

1. Eligibility

• Available to new residential customers only.
• Service availability subject to postcode and network coverage.
• Offer valid for orders placed between 3 November 2025 and 1 December 2025.
• This offer is only available via Ogi Field Sales Representatives or Telesales and cannot be purchased online.

2. Discount

• The discounted price of £22, includes our Standard Pricing for Ogi 200 £17, plus Ogi Anytime (Usually £10, but discounted to £5 for 12 months).  The discount is linked to the Ogi Anytime, so if the Ogi Anytime Package is cancelled then the discount is cancelled too.  At the end of the 12 Month Contract Ogi Anytime will revert to £10 per month.

3. Contract Term

• A minimum 12-month contract applies.
• By taking this offer, you agree to retain broadband for the full 12-month term.
• You have 30 days to cancel from the date after installation

4. Installation & Equipment

• Free set-up and standard installation are included.
• Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) is loaned by Ogi and must be returned at the end of the contract or charges may apply (see Price Guide).

5. Cancellation Rights

• Customers may cancel within 14 days of order in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
• You may also cancel within 30 days after installation under Ogi’s 30 day policy. Any equipment must be returned in full working order.

6. Speed & Performance

• Average download speed 200 Mbps / upload 20 Mbps, achievable by 50% of customers at peak times (8–10 pm).
• Speeds are not guaranteed and may vary depending on home setup and external factors.

7. Voice Service

• Ogi Voice Anytime includes 3,000 minutes per month to UK landlines and mobiles.
• Fair Usage Policy applies. Calls outside the plan are charged as per the Ogi Voice Call Charges Summary (Aug 2022).

8. Other Conditions

• At the end of your 12-month term, your service will move to Ogi’s standard rolling monthly rate, as shown in the current Price Guide.
• You can choose to renew or take out a new contract at that time.
• Ogi reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time before the order is confirmed.
