You’ll both get rewarded when they sign up and their first bill is paid. Tidy.

How do I refer someone to Ogi?
Easy. Just log in to My Account and head to the Refer a Friend section. You’ll find your unique referral code there, ready to share with friends, family and neighbours who could do with better broadband.

Where does my friend use the referral code?
When your friend signs up for Ogi online, they’ll be able to enter your referral code during checkout. It’s quick, easy, and needs to be added before they place their order.

I’ve shared my referral code. What happens next?
Once your friend signs up using your code, we’ll take it from there. We’ll keep track of everything behind the scenes, and once they’re connected and have paid their first bill, we’ll arrange your rewards and let you both know when they’re ready.
Can I use a referral code after I’ve placed my order?
Afraid not. Referral codes need to be entered during online checkout and can’t be added after an order has been placed online. If you’re planning to join Ogi, make sure you’ve got a referral code ready before you complete your order.

Who can I refer?
You can refer friends, family and neighbours who are new to Ogi and signing up for a home broadband package online. Existing Ogi customers aren’t eligible, and referral codes can’t be used for accounts at the same address.
