If you’re a customer coming to the end of your contract, or choose to leave early...

then please contact the Customer Loyalty team or fill out our handy form on this page, to see if there’s anything we can do to change your mind.

* You might be charged an early leavers fee or have to pay the whole contract cost. Our Customer Loyalty team can let you know what’s left to pay.

If you’re service hasn’t been installed or activated...

then please contact the Sales team, or fill out our handy form on this page and we’ll start the cancellation for you.

*As a new customer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period when you can cancel your service(s) free of charge. If you choose to have your service(s) installed in the 14-day cooling-off period, you might be charged the installation fee.
