Definitions Acceptable Use Policy or AUP: This refers to Ogi acceptable use policy, relating to the use of Services as modified from time to time. Ogi: This term refers to:

• Spectrum Fibre Limited T/A Ogi, registered in England & Wales with company number 12883320, located at Hodge House, 114-116 St. Mary Street, Cardiff, CF10 1DY. VAT Reg 377 9433 45.

Ogi Privacy Policy: Refers to Ogi’s privacy policy Service: This refers to the services provided by Ogi, as defined in the Order Form. Us or We: These terms refer to Ogi, and references to ‘our’ should be interpreted accordingly. You: This term refers to any participant in the Promotion and references to "your" should be interpreted accordingly. Promotion: This refers to the Ogi Refer a Friend promotion, which is being organised by Ogi, with its registered office at Tŷ Ogi, Hodge House, 114-116 St. Mary Street, Cardiff, CF10 1DY (the “Company”). Referral Code: The unique code made available to an eligible customer through My Account for the purposes of making referrals. Friend: A new customer who purchases an eligible Ogi residential broadband package using a valid Referral Code. Qualifying Purchase: is the purchase by a new customer of an eligible Ogi full fibre broadband package through Ogi's website using a valid Referral Code during the online checkout process. Purchases made through telephone sales, door-to-door sales or any other sales channel do not qualify.

1.Promoter 1.1 The promoter of this Refer a Friend scheme (the “Scheme”) is Ogi (Spectrum Fibre), registered in England and Wales under company number 12883320, with a registered office at Hodge House, 114-116 St Mary Street, Cardiff, CF10 1DY (“Ogi”). 2. Participation Process 2.1 Eligible customers (refer to "Eligibility" below) can access their unique Referral Code through My Account at the Refer a Friend section. 2.2 The Referrer may share their Referral Code with friends and family who are not current Ogi residential broadband customers. 2.3 To benefit from this Scheme, the Friend must enter the Referral Code during the online checkout process when making a Qualifying Purchase through Ogi's website. 2.4 Referral Codes must be entered at the point of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively once an order has been placed. 2.5 Only one Referral Code may be used per Qualifying Purchase. 3. Eligibility 3.1 To participate as a Referrer and receive a Reward, you must:

• Be an active Ogi residential broadband customer.
• Be aged 18 years or over.
• Have created a My Account profile.
• Have obtained a valid Referral Code through My Account.

3.2 The Friend must:

• Be aged 18 years or over.
• Be a new Ogi residential broadband customer.
• Not currently hold an active Ogi broadband account.
• Use a valid Referral Code at checkout when placing their order online.

3.3 Ogi employees and their immediate families may be excluded from participating in this Scheme. 4. Qualifying Purchases 4.1 A Qualifying Purchase is defined as the order of any eligible Ogi fixed-term residential broadband package placed online through Ogi's website using a valid Referral Code during the checkout process. 4.2 Purchases made through telephone sales, door-to-door sales, third-party sellers or any sales channel other than Ogi's website do not qualify. 4.3 Orders that are cancelled before installation or before the payment of the first bill are not considered Qualifying Purchases. 5. Reward 5.1 Eligible participants (either as Referrers or Friends) will receive a £40 Amazon.co.uk voucher (the "Reward"). 5.2 Rewards will only be issued once:

• The Friend has completed a Qualifying Purchase;
• The Friend's Ogi service has been installed; and
• The Friend has paid their first bill; and
• The 30-day Satisfaction Period has expired.

5.3 Rewards will be issued by Ogi through its appointed reward fulfilment provider and sent using the contact details held on the participant's customer account. 5.4 Rewards are typically issued within 30 to 90 days of the Friend paying their first bill, subject to validation and eligibility checks. 5.5 The Reward may be subject to availability and may have an expiry date specified within the Reward communication. 5.6 Participants should carefully review any terms associated with the Reward, including any expiry date. Ogi is not obliged to replace Rewards that are lost, deleted or expire. 5.7 Self-referrals are not permitted. 5.8 Referrals of individuals residing at the same address as the Referrer are not permitted. 5.9 Referrals are limited to a maximum of 10 per calendar year per household. For additional referrals, please submit details via email referafriend@ogi.wales 5.9.1 This Scheme cannot be combined with any other offers unless expressly stated in such offers. 5.10 Amazon is not a sponsor of or associated with this Scheme. 6. Data Privacy 6.1 Personal data provided during the Promotion will be processed in accordance with Ogi's Privacy Policy. 6.2 Ogi may process personal information relating to referrals for the purposes of administering, validating and preventing misuse of the Scheme and, where required to fulfil a Reward, may share limited personal information, including a participant's name, email address and telephone number, with its reward fulfilment provider. 7. Scheme Modifications 7.1 Ogi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Scheme and/or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on Ogi’s website. 7.2 Rewards may be withheld if fraudulent activity is suspected. All decisions made by Ogi are final. Ogi reserves the right to refuse to apply this Scheme and/or issue a Reward to anyone who breaches these Terms or has an Ogi account in arrears. 8. Limitation of Liability 8.1 This Scheme is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, nor associated with, Amazon, Gmail, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter) or any other social media platform. 8.2 By participating in this Scheme, you provide your information to Ogi and not to any third-party platform. 8.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.  9. Network Availability 9.1 Ogi’s services, whether under this Scheme or otherwise, are only available in areas covered by Ogi’s network. 10. Governing Law 10.1 These Terms are governed by English and Welsh law, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
